Like the lotus flower we too have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness and radiate into the world

As a nurse practitioner, I blend traditional psychiatric practices with holistic approaches, offering comprehensive care that addresses both the mind and body. I manage psychotropic medications, order and monitor appropriate laboratory tests, explore psychotherapy modalities that work for you, help you taper medications, and support dietary and lifestyle modifications that optimize mental health. My ideal client would recognize the complexity of mental health and possess curiosity regarding holistic interventions.
In community mental health, I saw firsthand how brief, medication-only visits failed to provide the depth of care people truly need. At Lotus, I prioritize getting to know the real you. The lotus flower creates a stunning bloom while rooted in murky water. We all face our own "murky waters," but those same difficult experiences can become the soil from which one cultivates a beautiful, resilient life. I want to be a part of your journey to that beauty.
